• If the agreed service is not delivered, the service amount will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.
• If advertising has started and you request it to stop after a certain period, the elapsed advertising period will be charged and the remaining amount refunded.
• If you request cancellation of an ad that included add-ons such as a design or landing page, only the advertising amount will be refunded.

Some cases where a refund cannot be completed include:
• Design services of all types and landing pages.
• After accepting the provided service and its full completion.
• There is no clear reason for requesting a refund.
